Thanks for the info. Due to my hectic schedule, I think it might be hard to hook up. If you can give me his info, I can go down there when I have enough time. Thanks again.

Fake R,
I'm surprised you had problems at Spec R. I've always heard good things about John. What happened?

There is a good dyno over in Lakeland called Dynamo. That is where I take my car. He lets you run your own car and you can tweek on your own car if you want, not like spec R where you just kinda wait to hear the rev-limiter and thats when you know the run is over, I personally want to run my own car. Also his prices are outstanding...39.95 an hour to tune and 39.95 for a power run (3 runs). Now tell me who is better than that. =)

Marc, i had heard good things too so i called up john and set up an appointment with him and drove over an hour to have him tune it. but then when i get there he did the baseline run 02 (or half of it) and then left. the guy that started tuning then would go to rev limit and would not look at any gauges to see if it was detonating or running lean so i sat in the passenger seat and would tell him to stop when it would detonate. and they did not know how to tune the j&s and their fuel pressure gauge was broken. so i wasn't very pleased.
can you guys tell me how to set the j&s i think it may be too sensitive now because i put race gas (104) in it and it would still show detonation with the timing at 12 and btm at 1. or is there still a possibility of detonation?
